You must contact the manufacturer / dealer of your machine / plant, which will tell you if the new controller that you want is compatible with the machine/ equipment in your possession, and in that case they will supply it directly. If it is a standard product for heating fireplaces or wood stove, we can refer you to a dealer in your area.

Your product is equipped with a MANUAL for the Installer and for the USER, make sure that it has been supplied by your dealer / manufacturer, and find on it how to solve the most frequent cases of ERROR messages or machine malfunctioning. The reading of the MANUAL is appropriate and necessary for the first installation and ignition because there are some advice and information for the proper installation and use of the product, and it helps preventing problems or damages caused both by installation and an incorrect use.
