ADMIN SERVER
The Server Administrator, in addition to performing all the functions of the Supervisor can:
• View all Customer
• Add new Customer
• View all IDs and users associated with a Customer
• Create the First Supervisor role of a Customer
• Remove Customer, Users, and IDs from the server
SUPERVISOR
The first Supervisor account is provided by TiEmme elettronica.
A Supervisor account can:
• Check all IDs associated to the Customer
• Create new users and associate them roles
• Create Distributors/Resellers
• Associate IDs to Distributors/Resellers
• Create Supervisor accounts related to Distributors/Resellers
• Perform the remote connection assistance
• Add notes lists associated to the ID
• Insert advertisment and news inside the push notification of the end user APP
HELDESK/OPERATOR
HELPDESK:
This role, assigned by a Supervisor, can manage, modify, log and read all the
parameters of the control board.
This account can:
• Perform remote connection assistance
• Check all the assigned IDs
• Add notes lists associated to the ID
OPERATOR:
This role, assigned by a Supervisor, cannot perform remote connection assistance.
This account can:
• Check all the assigned IDs
• Add notes lists associated to the ID
Different Customers can manage this type of account.
ENDUSER
This role is automatically assigned during the account creation in the 4HEAT APP.
Every account created in the first login of the APP is a EndUser profile.
This account type can receive more than one Device (ID) from multiple Customers.
