5.GESTIONE DATABASE
5.1.IMPORT PROGRAM/DATABASE
To import a Product or a Database enter in File > Import Program/Database or from Database Products (see. Par. 4.1.1) click on Import.
With this tab the user may select what to import:
- File with .tim extension
- System Evolution 4 database with .mdb extension
- System Pro database with .db extension
If a product contains more than one language it is necessary to import all the languages of that product. When a database is imported it is possible to select the products (by default all available products are selected). If the System Evolution 4 database is imported it is necessary to indicate the import language, from this moment on all such products will be identified with the associated language. When a program with .tim extension is imported the software automatically detects the language if in the file name the format “_XX_” is already present. The XX corresponds to the international language identifier, otherwise the user must select the import language.
5.2.EXPORT PROGRAM/DATABASE
To export a Database enter in File > Export Database.
The following screen appears:
With this tab the user may select to export:
- System Evolution 4 Database with .mdb extension
- System Pro Database with .db extension
To export the program of a Product ( .tim extension) it is necessary to open the product (see Par.4.1.2) and export a program from Param Set (right-click of the mouse). If a product contains more than one language it is necessary to repeat the procedure for all the languages of the product. The name of the export file has the “SYEVOXXXXXXX_Nome Param Set_YY.tim” format, where XXXXXXX is the EVO code of the product and YY is the export language.
5.3.REPLACE DATABASE
5.4.BACKUP DATABASE
The software automatically generates a backup copy in the file C:\Programs(x86)\TiEmme elettronica\SystemPro\data\backups on a daily backup basis. At the very first system start-up a backup copy named SystemPro_AAAAMMGG.db is generated.
